1. Service Description
TryUpMonitor provides website uptime monitoring services on a subscription basis. We monitor your websites and send alerts when downtime is detected.
2. Service Availability
TryUpMonitor strives to provide continuous monitoring services. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime of our monitoring platform. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. TryUpMonitor shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or monitoring failures.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure
Our monitoring services rely on third-party infrastructure providers. While we carefully select reliable partners, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in the event of third-party failures.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is provided with a valid credit card. Your card will be automatically charged after the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
6. Limitation of Liability
TryUpMonitor is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
